HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE DILIP B. BHOSALE AND HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V. BHATT WRIT APPEAL No. 1039 OF 2015 PC: (per the Hon'ble Sri Justice S.V. Bhatt) Heard learned counsel for the appellants; learned Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj for respondent Nos.1 and 2; Sri Golla Sheshadri, learned Standing Counsel for respondent No.3 and Sri Vinod Reddy, learned counsel for respondent Nos.4 to 8. The appellants are permitted to participate in the proposed auction of the shops in Nedurumalli Janardhana Reddy, Indira Gandhi and Sri Venkateswara Shopping Complexes, Naidupet. In the proposed auction, if the appellants become successful bidders the possession the appellants have of respective shops shall be continued, provided the appellants comply all terms and conditions of auction. If the appellants are not successful in the proposed auction, the appellants shall vacate the shops, within four weeks from the date of auction. It is open for the respondent - Municipality to conduct auction as expeditiously as possible.

The writ appeal is accordingly disposed of.
