677 of 2025 addressed by the Chairman, LRAT -Cum- ll Additional District and Sessions Judge, Ranga Reddy District at L.B.Nagar and forwarded by the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Ranga Reddy District at L.B.Nagar, vide Dis. No. 56lAdmnl2O26, dated 06-01-2026 and the order of the High Court dated 21-09-2024 in CRP No. 1861 ot 2023.
The Court made the following ORDER:
By an orCer, daled 21-09-2024, this Court, while disposing of the Civil Revision Petition, directed the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Ranga Reddy
District to dispose of LGOP No. 318 of 2016 within a period of six months from that date of disposal of said C.R.P.
The learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Ranga Reddy District addressed a letter dated 06-01-2026 seeking extension of time on the ground that LGOP No. 318 of 2016 could not be completed within the time stipulated due to non cooperation of concerned authority in giving assistance of Assistant Director, Survey and Land Records, Ranga Reddy District, to execute the warrant and dispose of LGOP No. 3'18 of 2016 Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the time granted by this Court in present Civil Revision Petition for disposal of LGOP No. 3 18 of 20.16 on the file of learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Ranga Reddy District, is hereby extended by another six (06) months from today.
