THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO CRIMINAL REVISION CASE No.1856 OF 2016 ORDER:

The learned Counsel for the petitioner while seeking permission of this Court to withdraw this revision, prayed for dispensing with the presence of the petitioner before the trial Court. Permission is accorded and the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the presence of the petitioner before the trial Court is dispensed with except on the date of framing of charges, if any; on the date of his examination under Section 313 Cr.P.C and on the date of pronouncement of judgment. The petitioner is directed to be represented through a Counsel before the trial Court on all hearing dates.
