O R D E R

The petitioner herein challenged the appointment of the fourth respondent as the Anganwadi Worker of Velagamakulapalli Village, Somandepalli Mandal, Anantapur District, under proceedings dated 30.01.2007 of the District Collector, Anantapur. The writ petition was however dismissed as against the fourth respondent as per the orders passed by this Court on 23.06.2011 in this writ petition. The validity of the fourth respondent's appointment under the impugned proceedings cannot therefore be adjudicated in her absence.

The writ petition therefore fails in its entirety and is accordingly dismissed. Pending miscellaneous petitions shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
