This contempt case is filed alleging willful disobedience of order, dated 25.02.2013, in W.P.No.22503 of 2012.

At the hearing, the learned Government Pleader for Land Acquisition (TS) has submitted that the aforementioned order has since been complied with. The learned counsel for the petitioner has admitted this position.

As the respondents have complied with the aforementioned order in the writ petition, no further adjudication in the contempt case is necessary.

Hence, the Contempt Case is closed.
