THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY WRIT PETITION No.12101 of 2004 ORDER:
This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents herein instead of regularizing the service of the petitioners on completion of 240 days of service, disengaging them vide Proc. No.P2/812(02)/2003RM/KR, Vijayawada dt.7.7.2004 by insisting the Regular Conductors to do double duties though the petitioners are available as illegal, unjust, arbitrary and contrary to Regulation 3 of APSRTC Service Regulations.
2. At the time of hearing, learned counsel for both the parties, in one voice, submitted that the first petitioner was not reported to duty. They further submitted that the services of petitioner Nos.2 to 7 were regularized. In view of the said submission, no further orders are necessary in this writ petition.
3. Accordingly, the writ petition is closed. Miscellaneous petitions if any pending in this writ petition shall stand closed. __________________________ (T.SUNIL CHOWDARY, J) April 11, 2016.
