HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.16323 of 2019 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed seeking direction to respondents 2 to 4 to register the crime against respondents 5 to 13 basing on the complaint lodged by the petitioner dated 05-04-2019. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions and relevant portion of the same reads as under: "It is submitted that the allegations made by the petitioner that he gave a complaint dated 5.04.2019 is false and denied herewith, as the petitioner has not given any complaint on 5.4.2019. That on verification of station records there is no complaint given by the petitioner on 5.4.2019. It is to submit that on 16.6.2019 received a registered post from the petitioner Chendamalla Anjaneyulu, on that made GD entry was made and on verifying it, the documents sent by him are white papers, as such enquired about it basing on the postal address, but none of the persons responded to it, as such no action was taken. It is to submit that if the petitioner approach the respondent police and gives a complaint, action will be taken as per law."

In view of the same, it is open for the petitioner to make fresh complaint to the 4th respondent and on such complaint, the 4th respondent is directed to take appropriate action in accordance with law.

With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
