RESPONDENTS Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of lndia praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue an appropriate Writ, Order or Direction, more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, to declare the inaction of the respondent authorities in allotting the lands along with its transactions and cess amounts pertaining to the lands fallen within the jurisdiction of the Ramapuram Gram Panchayat despite the letter of the 5th respondent bearing Lr.No.B/6368/2014 dt.26-11-2014 as per the List appended to it, and though the petitioner gram panchayat was bifurcated from the 6rh respondent gram panchayat way back in the year 1983, as being illegal, arbitrary and unjust and to grant.
