HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAMALINGESWARA RAO Writ Petition No. 3638 of 2012 Order:

This Writ Petition was filed challenging the action of the respondents 2 to 5 in not considering her representation dated 10.01.2012 by transferring the seventh respondent from Pulivendula till the completion of pending case.

2. When the matter is taken up for admission, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that nothing survives for adjudication in the Writ Petition and the matter has become infructuous.

3. Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.

4. As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous applications, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
