The matter came for hearing on 5-1-2016, 21-1-2016 and 28-1-2016 and as on all these occasions, learned counsel for the petitioner was not present, the matter was directed to be listed under the caption "for dismissal". Even today, in spite of the matter being listed "for dismissal", none appeared for the petitioner and there is no representation on his behalf.

2. In the circumstances, the contempt case is dismissed for non-prosecution. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this case shall also stand dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
