HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO WRIT PETITION No.18405 OF 2017 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed by the petitioner seeking to direct respondents Nos.4 to 7 to stop the illegal construction activities made by respondents Nos.8 and 9 by occupying 30 feet road. 2.

It is the case of the petitioner that respondents Nos.8 and 9 are constructing the houses illegally in 30 feet wide road, which is on the west side of the property of the petitioner. The petitioner made representations to the official respondents. But they have not taken action so far. 3.

Heard and perused the material available on record. 4.

Considering the circumstances of the case and the grievance of the petitioner, without expressing any opinion on merits, this Court is inclined to pass the following order:

"The official respondents Nos.4 to 7 are directed to consider the representations made by the petitioner and take appropriate action in accordance with law, against the unauthorized constructions, if any made by respondents Nos.8 and 9 as alleged by the petitioner."
