THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE P. KESHAVA RAO WRIT PETITION No.19608 of 2014 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3. 2.

The prayer sought in the writ petition is as under:- "...to issue writ or direction preferably Writ of Mandamus declaring the inaction of the respondent no.3 in proceeding with the investigation in Cr.No.377/2013 as illegal, arbitrary, and violative of principles of natural justice and consequently direct the respondent no.3 to proceed with the investigation and file report and pass such other or further orders as this Hon'ble court deems fit and proper in the circumstances of the case." 3.

Learned Government Pleader brought to the notice of this Court that pursuant registration of Crime No.377 of 2013, investigation was completed and a final report was filed on 31.01.2014 before the concerned Magistrate referring the case as 'civil in nature'. 4.

In that view of the matter, if the petitioner has got any grievance, he is given liberty to file his objections by way of protest application. As such, no further cause would survive in the writ petition.

Accordingly, the writ petition is closed.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
