This revision petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India challenging the order dated 28.02.2018 passed in O.S.S.R.No.26743 of 2017 on the file of the Court of learned Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad. 2.

At the time of arguments, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of the Court to permit the petitioners to withdraw the revision petition with a liberty to present the same before the trial Court after complying the objections raised by the Court below.

Permission as sought for is accorded.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
