HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.22141 OF 2017 O R D E R :

This petition is filed for a writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 2nd respondent in not considering the petitioner's representation dated 22.02.2017 and in not protecting the Sanskrti language and lecturers in the colleges run by the 2nd respondent, as illegal and arbitrary and for a consequential direction to the 2nd respondent to dispose of the representation of the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already made representation before the 2nd respondent in respect of his grievance in the writ petition. Learned counsel for the petitioner as well as Sri A.K.Jayaprakash Rao, learned Standing Counsel for the 2nd respondents submits that the writ petition can be disposed of with a direction to the respondents to dispose of the representation submitted by the petitioner.

Without expressing any opinion on merits in the writ petition, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to dispose of the representation dated 22.02.2017 submitted by the petitioner, in accordance with law. No order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
