This Civil Revision Petition is filed assailing the interim order dated 08.07.2015 passed in I.A.No.517 in O.S.No.582 of 2012 on the file of Additional Senior Civil Judge, Tirupati.

Learned counsel for the revision petitioner/defendant submitted that since the suit is disposed of by a decree of dismissal, this Civil Revision Petition has become infructuous.

Recording the said submission, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this Civil Revision Petition shall stand closed.
