Heard learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Pleader.

When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner that for redressal of the grievance of the petitioners, they submitted a representation on 19.03.2018 to the 3rd respondent, but no action has been taken till date and in view of the said inaction, the petitioners herein are suffering irreparable loss and hardship. On the other hand, it is submitted by the learned Government Pleader that if any such representation is pending consideration before the 3rd respondent, the same will be verified and proper action will be taken, as per law.

Recording the said submission, without expressing any opinion on the merits, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of the Writ Petition, directing the 3rd respondent to verify the representation of the petitioners, dated 19.03.2018, and take appropriate action on the said representations, as per law, as expeditiously as possible.
