THE HONOURABLE JUSTICE G. SRI DEVI CRIMINAL PETITION No.4550 of 2019 ORDER:
This Criminal Petition, under Section 439(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by petitioner-State seeking to cancel the anticipatory bail granted to the respondent/accused vide order dated 05.07.2018 in Crl.P.No.5876 of 2018. 2.
Heard learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the petitionerState, learned counsel for the respondent/accused and perused the record.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that since the full-fledge charge sheet has not been submitted before the Court, the respondent/accused may be directed to appear before the Investigating Officer as stated in condition No.2 in paragraph No.4 of the aforesaid order while granting anticipatory bail to him. 4.
In view the prayer made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the respondent/accused is directed to appear before the Investigating Officer on first Sunday of every month till filing of the full-fledge charge sheet.

With the aforesaid direction, the Criminal Petition is disposed of.

Miscellaneous applications, if any pending in this criminal petition, shall stand closed.
