The petitioners/A-1 to A-4 and the 2nd respondent-de facto complainant are present along with their respective counsels. I.A.No.2 of 2018 are filed by them to compound the offences against A-1 to A-4 in Crime No.55 of 2018 of Yalal Police Station, Vikarabad District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323 & 504 IPC and Section 3(1)(r)(s) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Amendment Act, 2016, by stating that they settled the matter outside the Court amicably to purchase peace and terms of the compromise was also appended. In view of the compromise between the parties, I.A.No.2 of 2018 are allowed by compounding the offences. Consequently, the Criminal Petition is allowed and the proceedings in Crime No.55 of 2018 of Yalal Police Station, Vikarabad District, are hereby quashed, A-1 to A-4 are acquitted and the bail bonds of A-1 to A-4, if any, stands cancelled. Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration, if any, in this case shall stand closed in consequence.
