THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO WRIT PETITION No.18191 OF 2017 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following relief:- "to issue an order or direction or writ, more appropriately, a Writ of Mandamus to declare the inaction of the respondents, particularly, 2nd to 6th respondents herein in preventing the 7th respondent herein his henchmen from proceeding with any type of construction in the open area meant for public park, children play ground etc., to the petitioner Association in Sy.Nos.78, 80 & 82 situated in Kondapur Village, Serilingampally Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, G.H.M.C., Hyderabad as illegal and further direct the official respondents herein to take immediate action against 7th respondent herein, his henchmen from ever to grab the open land meant for public park, children play ground etc., to the petitioner Association in Sy.Nos.78, 80 & 82 of Kondapur Village, Serilingampally Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, G.H.M.C., Hyderabad and to protect the same as per the Government Policy."

After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner Association requested the Court to direct the official respondents herein to take appropriate action against respondent No.7 basing on the complaint, dated 26.07.2016, and notice, dated 31.03.2017, of the petitioner in accordance with law.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the grievance of the petitioner, without going into the merits of the case, the official respondents are hereby directed to take appropriate action against respondent No.7 basing on the complaint, dated 26.07.2016, and notice, dated 31.03.2017, of the petitioner in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible,

preferably, within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
