Since the petitioner has availed the remedy of appeal before the 4th respondent by questioning the order dt.14-08-2015 of the 2nd respondent, I am not inclined to entertain the Writ Petition.

The 4th respondent is directed to decide the appeal filed by petitioner within six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after considering the contentions of the petitioner.

The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
