It is stated by learned counsel for the petitioner that in similar issue was decided by this Court in WP.No.4811 of 2011 and Batch on 28-042016 and the same is not disputed by learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

In view of the same, this writ petition is disposed of in terms of said order.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
