This Writ Petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution oF India is filed by the petitioner, wherein, the following prayer is made:
"...to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of WRIT OF MANDAMUS declaring the action of the respondents in not implementing the orders of the 2"d respondent vide proceedings No.C/2237/2O1a/ dated 08.05.2018 for payment of compensation to the petitioner as per the Government policy is illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional, contrary to law and against the principles of natural justice and consequently direct the respondents to implement the orders of the 2"d respondent vide proceedings No.C/2237/2O18, dated 08.O5.2018 for payment of compensation to the petitioner as per the Government policy and to pass orders...,,"

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents and perused the record.
3. In the course of submissions, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, on written instructions vide Lr.No.C/301/2017, dated L5.1"2.2020, would submit that after release of Budget from the Government, compensation amount would be paid to the familles of the deceased persons as per the proceedings No.C/2237 /2018, dated 08.05.2018 of the respondent No.2-District Collector, Yadadri Bhuvanagiri.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner conceded the submission made by the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.
5.Underthesecircumstances/afterreceiptofbudgetfrom the Government, the respondent No'4-Tahsildar' Alair Mandal' Yadadri-Bhuvanagiri District, is directed to disburse the compensation amount to the families of the deceased persons as per the proceedings No.Cl2237 12018, dated 0B'05'2018 of the respondent No. 2-District Collector, Yadadri-Bhuvanagiri' With the above direction, the Writ Petition is ordered No co5ts.
