THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C.PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.20861 of 2000 ORDER:- As there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner on 09.07.2015, the matter was listed to 16.07.2015 and there was no representation on that day the matter was listed to today under the caption "for dismissal".

Even today also there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner either in the morning or in the afternoon session. It appears that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing the petition.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed for nonprosecution. No costs. As sequel to it, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand dismissed.
