This appeal is preferred under Section 173 of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988 challenging the judgment and award, dated 02.12.2013, passed in M.V.O.P.No.643 of 2012 on the file of the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal-cum-II Additional District Judge, Medak at Sangareddy.

Learned counsel for the appellant seeks permission of this Court to permit the appellant to withdraw the appeal and a letter was also filed in the Registry to that effect. Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Appeal shall stand closed.
