Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents.

It is the case of the petitioner that he purchased agricultural land to an extent of Ac.1.18 guntas in Survey No.|7O/A and Ac.l.22 guntas in Survey No.l72lAAllll of Sidduluru Munagal Village, Vikarabad Mandal and District, under a registered sale deed dated 04.03.2020 vide document No.31l0 of 2O2O and since the date of purchase, he has been in peaceful possession and enjoyment of the said extent of land. The petitioner claimed to have submitted an online application bearing No.LM22O0O22Ol6 requesting for updation and issuance of new pattadar passbook in his name in respect of the subject land. In addition to the said online application, the petitioner also submitted a representation dated 18.04.2022 requesting for the same relief. According to learned counsel for the petitioner, the said online application and the detailed representation are still pending consideration before respondent No.2. 3.

) before this Court to show that the name of the petitioner or his vendor's name is reflecting in the revenue records. 4.
Having considered the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader, this Court is of the considered view that taking into consideration the fact that the online application submitted by the petitioner bearing No.LM2200O22016 and the written representation dated 18.04.2022, which is acknowledged by the office of respondent No.2 on the same date are pending consideration before respondent No.2, this writ petition can be disposed of.

In view of the same, without going into the merits of the case, the writ petition is disposed of directing respondent No.2 to consider the online appearing bearing No.LM22O0022016 and the written representation dated 18.04.2O21 submitted by the petitioner and pass appropriate orders in accordance uith law within a period of two months from the date of receipt ol'a copy of this order.
Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
