The inaction on the part of the respondents in considering the Application dated 22.02.2016 and attending to the repair works of sewerage line connecting the petitioner's apartment namely Sri Dattasai Apartments, R.T.C. 'X' Roads, Musheerabad, Hyderabad, has been challenged in this Writ Petition. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as Sri T. Lakshminarayana Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for the respondents.

The grievance of the petitioner being limited, this Court feels it appropriate, in the interests of justice, to direct the respondent authorities to consider and dispose of the Application dated 22.02.2016.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondent authorities to consider the Application dated 22.02.2016 of the petitioner Association and take necessary steps, in accordance with law. No costs.

Consequently, the miscellaneous Applications, if any shall also stand disposed of.
