THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S. RAVI KUMAR TRANSFER C.M.P.No.318 of 2016 ORDER:

This application is filed to withdraw O.P.No.111 of 2014 from the Court of XIV Additional District Judge, Vijayawada, and transfer the same to Family Court, Vijayawada.

2. Wife filed this application. According to her affidavit, her husband filed O.P.No.1 of 2014 before Principal Senior Civil Judge, Kurnool, and the same was withdrawn and transferred to Family Court, Vijayawada, as per orders of this Court in Transfer C.M.P.No.282 of 2014 dated 02.03.2015, but subsequently, O.P. pending before the Family Court, Vijayawada, was sent to XIV Additional District Judge, Vijayawada, as both the O.P.s have to be tried by one Court, she prayed for transfer of O.P.No.111 of 2014 from the Court of XIV Additional District Judge, Vijayawada, to Family Court, Vijayawada.

3. Respondent, in spite of service of notice, neither appeared in person nor through any advocate.

4. Heard arguments of advocate for petitioner.

5. Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and also in view of the orders of this Court in Transfer CMP No.282 of 2014, O.P.No.111 of 2014 is withdrawn from the Court of XIV Additional District Judge, Vijayawada, and transferred to Family Court, Vijayawada, for disposal in accordance with law.

6. The petition is ordered accordingly. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this petition, shall stand dismissed. ___________________
