This revision, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is filed by the petitioner aggrieved by the order dated 09.01.2018 passed in I.A.No.951 of 2017 in F.C.O.P.No.773 of 2017 by the learned Judge, Family Court, L.B. Nagar, Ranga Reddy District. 2.

Heard learned counsel for the revision petitioner and perused the record. There is no representation on behalf of respondent. 3.

In the course of submissions, it is brought to the notice of this Court that the order dated 09.01.2018 passed in I.A.No.952 of 2017 in F.C.O.P.No.773 of 2017 by the learned Judge, Family Court, L.B. Nagar, Ranga Reddy District, was set aside by this Court vide order dated 15.06.2018 in C.R.P.No.1593 of 2018. Further, it is submitted that in pursuance of the order passed in I.A.No.952 of 2017, the impugned I.A.No.951 of 2017 was dismissed by the Court below on 09.01.2018.

Since the order dated 09.01.2018 passed in I.A.No.952 of 2017 was set aside by this Court as indicated above, the impugned order dated 09.01.2018 passed in I.A.No.951 of 2017 in F.C.O.P.No.773 of 2017 by the learned Judge, Family Court, L.B. Nagar, Ranga Reddy District, is also liable to be set aside and restored to its file. The Court below is directed to dispose of the impugned I.A.No.951 of 2017 in accordance with law.

With the above direction, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
