According to the petitioner, they were apprehended by the Task Force Police, North Zone, Secunderabad from his office on 8.6.2015 at 12.00 noon. The petitioner has clearly stated that when they were apprehended, the petitioner was not present in the office.

The respondents have filed counter affidavit stating that they apprehended Javid, Narsinga Rao, Mohammed Abdul Sattar and Shaik Ahmed on 10.6.2015 at 11.00 A.M., on the basis of the information received that an educational institution, namely, Hyderabad Educational & Research Centre, is engaged in preparing fake certificates and selling such Certificates for huge consideration. After their arrest, an offence has been registered against them on the very same day and now they are in judicial custody in connection with three F.I.Rs., bearing Nos. 465, 467 and 211 of 2015.

Sri A. Sanjeev Kumar, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, submits that even the petitioner is

also wanted in connection with all the three crimes and he is absconding. He further submits, on instructions that B. Venkat, as alleged by the petitioner has not been arrested by them at all. Having regard to the statements made on affidavit by the respondents, in our opinion, the instant writ petition seeking writ of Habeas Corpus has rendered infructuous.

The petition is dismissed as infructuous.
