HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.13927 OF 2018 O R D E R :

This petition is filed for a writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 2nd respondent in not evaluating the OMR answer sheet of the petitioner who appeared in the examination in pursuant to the Notification No.30/2017, dated 02.06.2017 for recruitment of Veterinary Assistant in Category (4) of Class-A in Animal Husbandry Department (General Recruitment) as illegal and arbitrary and consequently direct the 2nd respondent to evaluate the OMR answer sheet of the petitioner.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri D.Balakishan Rao, learned Standing Counsel for the 2nd respondent. Since it is stated that the grievance of the petitioner is pending before the respondents by way of representation dated 04.10.2017, there shall be direction to the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 04.10.2017, in accordance with rules and take action accordingly, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
