This Criminal Appeal is filed by the Appellant/Accused to set-aside the conviction and sentence imposed against him vide judgment dated 77.08.2007 in C.C.No.4S of 2O03 passed by the learned Principal Special Judge for SPE and ACB Cases, City Civil Court at Hvderabad.

Learned counsel for the appellant would submit that they have sent a notice to the address of the appellant, which was returned on the ground that the appellant was died' 3.

In view of the death of the appellant since, none of the legal heirs intend to prosecute the appeal, the appeal may be disposed of.
