O R D E R:

This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for the following relief:

"to issue a writ order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in trying to close the petitioner's tutorial without implementing the G.O.Ms.No. 200 Education (Ser.V) Department dated 06-08-1997 of Government of Andhra Pradesh as arbitrary, illegal, improper, incorrect and violative of principles of natural justice and consequently direct the respondents herein not to interfere with the functioning of the petitioner's tutorial by implementing the G.O.Ms.No. 200 Education (Ser.V) Department dated 06-08-1997 of Government of Andhra Pradesh."

2. When the matter is called, it is submitted by the learned Government Pleader for Education as also the learned counsel for the petitioner that the subject matter in the present writ petition is squarely covered by the orders of this Court in W.P.Nos.6844 and 6853 of 2013 dated 07.03.2013 and the copy of the same is filed along with the writ petition as a material paper.

3. For the aforesaid reasons and for the reasons recorded in the above mentioned writ petitions, this writ petition is also allowed directing the respondents herein not to interfere with the activity of imparting informal tutorial education by the petitioner. It shall, however, be open to them to issue notice and take further action in accordance with law. As a sequel, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
