This transfer civil miscellaneous petition under Section 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 (for short 'CPC'), is filed to withdraw G.O.P. No.867 of 2016 pending on the file of Principal District Judge, Guntur, and transfer the same to XI Additional District Judge, Tenali, Guntur District.

During hearing, learned counsel for the respondent, on instructions, reported no objection to withdraw G.O.P. No.867 of 2016 pending on the file of Principal District Judge, Guntur, and transfer the same to the XI Additional District Judge, Tenali, Guntur District, and endorsed the same on the transfer civil miscellaneous petition.

Recording the above submission, the transfer civil miscellaneous petition is allowed withdrawing G.O.P.No.867 of 2016 pending on the file of Principal District Judge, Guntur, and transferred the same to the XI Additional District Judge, Tenali, Guntur District. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petition, if any, pending in the transfer civil miscellaneous petition shall stand closed.
