STA TE O F A NDHA PRA DESH3 and since the petitioners challenge communication dated 01.01.2007 addressed by 3rd respondent to 4th respondent, the petitioners do not press the writ prayer and reserve liberty to approach this Court, if at all respondents either contrary to the judgments of the Full Bench or as a matter of fac t include the lands claimed by petitioners for registration.

The writ petition is disposed of by granting liberty as prayed for. No order as to costs.
