THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.14248 of 2015 ORDER:

Sri V.V.N.Narayana Rao, learned counsel for the petitioners, states that the grievance of his clients as to the inaction on the part of the police authorities upon the complaint dated 06.04.2015 stands settled in the light of the registration of F.I.R.No.9 of 2016on the file of Nakkapalli Police Station, Visakhapatnam District, on 08.02.2016. In the light of this development, the prayer of the petitioners in this writ petition does not warrant further consideration. The writ petition is accordingly closed. The police authorities shall take steps to expeditiously investigate the offence as the complaint dates back to April, 2015.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand closed. No order as to costs.
