The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to approach the Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate, Karimnagar, for release of the vehicle under the provisions of the Cr.P.C.

Granting liberty as sought, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand disposed of.
