HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No.21641 of 2003 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed seeking to issue a writ of mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in prescribing the age limit and qualification with trade specification in the notification issued by the 1st respondent dated 21.06.2003 insofar as the petitioners are concerned, as illegal and arbitrary.

Heard both sides.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is noticed that this Court admitted the writ petition on 15.10.2003, but did not pass any interim order. In view of the same and having gone through the entire record, I am of the considered view that the relief sought by the petitioners cannot be granted at this point of time. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed.
