Permission, as sought for, is accorded. Accordingly, I.A.No.1 of 2018 is allowed. Consequently, Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed in consequence.
