When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that while admitting the writ petition this Court granted interim order on 29.10.2003 directing the respondents to c ontinue the services of the petitioners as General Mazdoor (Surface). In view of the said interim order, no further orders are required to be passed in the present writ petition.

By placing the above submission on record, the writ petition is closed. No order as to costs.
