HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No.25047 OF 2003 ORDER:

When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is noticed that the petitioner is challenging the action of the respondent, in not continuing the petitioner in service on the premise of dissolution of XI A.P. Legislative Assembly, as arbitrary, illegal and consequently direct the respondent to continue the petitioner in service till the scheme evolved for regularization of the services of the petitioner and this Hon'ble Court, on 28.11.2003, was pleased to grant interim direction to continue the petitioner in service and the said interlocutory order was vacated vide order, dated 04.03.2004, with an observation that the petitioner is liable for retrenchment, if she is the junior most in the category of Typist engaged for the purposes of House Committee.

In view of the aforesaid interlocutory orders passed in the vacate stay application i.e., W.V.M.P. No.338 of 2004, on 04.03.2004, this Court is of the considered view that no further orders are required in this writ petition.

Accordingly, the present writ petition is closed. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition stands closed.
