OFFICE NOTE 15.12.2021 LK,J I.A.No.1 of 2021 This petition is filed seeking relaxation of condition No.1 imposed while granting bail by order dated 15.05.2019, whereby this Court directed the accused to appear before the investigating officer on every Friday and Wednesday between 9.00 a.m. and 2.00 p.m.

till completion of investigation and filing of the charge sheet.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that ever since from the date of release, the petitioner has been complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and since the investigation is almost completed, the said condition may be relaxed.

Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor does not dispute the fact that petitioner has been complying with the said condition, but however it is stated that invesgiation is pending.

Taking into consideration the submission of learned counsel for the petitioner, condition No.2 imposed by this Court is modified and the petitioner shall appear before the investigating officer once in a month between 9.00 a.m. and 11.00 a.m. till filing of the charge sheet.
