THE HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE RAMESH RANGANATHAN AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO Writ Appeal No.790 of 2016 JUDGMENT: (Per Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice Ramesh Ranganathan) The relief sought for in the Writ Appeal is to direct the Superintendent of Police, Khammam and the S.H.O, P.S II Town, Khammam to complete the investigation in Crime No.272 of 2016 dt.24.06.2016 pending before the S.H.O, II Town P.S, Khammam. Learned Government Pleader for Home (Telangana) would submit that the investigation would be completed within two (2) months and a report under Sec.173(2) Cr.P.C would be submitted to the concerned Magistrate.

Recording the submission of learned Government Pleader, the Writ Appeal is disposed of modifying the order passed by the learned Single Judge. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Appeal shall stand closed.
