Having regard to the subsequent developments in the matter, the learned counsel for petitioner requests the Court to permit him to withdraw the writ petition by giving liberty to pursue available legal remedies as and when cause of action arises.

The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn by according liberty as prayed for. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition shall stand closed.
