The grievance of the petitioner is that the respondents 2 to 4 have issued Aadhaar Card to the 5th respondent in the name of the petitioner with photograph of 5th respondent; and that the 5th respondent is misusing the same. It is also stated that the petitioner has made complaint dt.25.07.2019 to respondents 2 to 4. As no action has been taken on the said complaint, till date, present writ petition is filed.
Heard leaned counsel for the petitioner.
Learned Assistant Solicitor General appearing for 1st respondent submits that it is 4th respondent who is competent to take action on the complaint of the petitioner.
In view of the same, the competent authority is directed to consider the complaint of the petitioner and take necessary action, in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
