THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT WRIT PETITION No.39165 of 2016 ORDER:

Heard Sri T.Mahender Rao for petitioner and Assistant Government Pleader for Civil Supplies for respondents. The petitioner challenges Proceedings No.G/ 4674/ 2016 dated 0810-2016 as illegal and without jurisdiction. The petitioner is placed under suspension through the proceedings impugned in the writ petition. This court is of the view that the petitioner can make representation to 2nd respondent, who inturn will consider the representation of petitioner and also the extant guidelines issued by the Government and take appropriate decision within four weeks from today.

Having regard to the above circumstances, the writ petition is disposed of by this order.

The petitioner is given one week time from today to submit explanation to the proceedings dated 08-10-2016. The 2nd respondent is directed to consider and pass final orders on the representation in the backdrop of proceedings dated 08-10-2016 within four weeks from today.
