HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.4769 of 2018 ORDER:

In this petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C, the petitioners/A1 to A3 seek to quash the FIR in Crime No.228 of 2018 of Medipally PS, Rachakonda, which was registered for the offences under Sections 448, 363, 506 IPC. 2) When the matter came up for hearing today, learned Public Prosecutor produced the letter dated 19.04.2018 of Sub-Inspector of Police, Medipally PS, Rachakonda Commissionerate and submitted that investigation was completed and charge sheet was filed on 05.04.2018 before III Metropolitan Magistrate, L.B.Nagar and CC is awaited and therefore, the petition which is filed to quash the FIR No.228 of 2018 has become infructuous and hence the same may be dismissed.

3) There is no representation for petitioners.
