CRIMINAL PETITION NO. 8234 OF 2013 O R D E R :

This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioners/A-1 and A-2 under section 482 of Cr.P.C., seeking to quash all proceedings in CC.No. 1245 of 2012 on the file of the Court of XIV-Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad, arising out of Crime No. 130 of 2012 of Punjagutta Police Station, Hyderabad, registered for the offences punishable under section 420, 406, 506 read with section 34 of IPC.

2. The aforesaid case was registered on the complaint lodged by the defacto-complainant under section 156 [3] of Cr.P.C., wherein the XIV Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad directed the Station House Officer to register the crime and consequently the aforesaid crime was

registered by the Station House Officer, Punjagutta Police Station, Hyderabad.

3. The Proceedings Sheet in this Criminal Petition shows that on the date fixed by this Court either the petitioners were not represented or sought adjournment. Today appeared none on behalf of the petitioners. It seems that the petitioners are not diligent to prosecute this criminal petition.

4. Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is dismissed for default and for non-prosecution as well.

5. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
