THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.KESHAVA RAO CRIMINAL REVISION CASE NO.1256 OF 2006 ORDER:

There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. The order passed by this Court on 09.09.2019 reads as under:- "There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner in spite of the matter listed under the caption "For Dismissal".

However, to accommodate the counsel for the petitioner on one more occasion, list on 16.09.2019." From this, it appears that the petitioner is not interested to prosecute the case diligently. Further more on 09.04.2018, it was brought to the notice of this Court that the petitioner had passed away. Thereafter, there was no representation. Therefore, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed for non-prosecution. Miscellaneous applications, if any, pending shall stand dismissed.
