HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE DILIP B. BHOSALE AND HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P. NAVEEN RAO WRIT APPEAL No. 1539 OF 2005 JUDGMENT: (per the Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice Dilip B. Bhosale) Sri Durga Reddy, learned Government Pleader has placed on record written instructions received by him from the Tahsildar, Adilabad stating that the then Revenue Divisional Officer, Adilabad had issued instructions dated 18-09-2012 and handed over building/structure in dispute to the President of Telangana Class-IV Employees Central Association of Adilabad Town and in view thereof, he submits that nothing survives in the writ appeal. Learned counsel for the appellant does not dispute the submission made by Sri Durga Reddy.
In view thereof, the writ appeal is disposed of as rendered infructuous.
Miscellaneous petitions, if any, also stand disposed of. No order as to costs.
