HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.12884 of 2016 ORDER:

This petition is filed for a writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 4th respondent in not considering the representation of the petitioners dated 09.10.2015 which was submitted on 16.10.2015 and also representation dated 10.02.2016 which was submitted on 12.02.2016 for restoration of the possession of the property bearing Survey No.107, to an extent of Ac.17.19 guntas situated at Borlakunta Village, Dahegaon Mandal, Adilabad District pursuant to the orders passed by this Court in CRP.No.1213/2007 dated 18.09.2015 which was confirmed by the Apex Court by order dated 08.01.2016 in SLA No.36125/2015, as illegal and arbitrary.

This Court on 19.04.2016 while ordering notice before admission granted interim direction. It is also stated by the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue that action has been initiated and possession was granted to the petitioners. As the relief sought in the writ petition is worked out by virtue of interim order dated 19.04.2016, I deem it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition in terms of the interim order dated 19.04.2016.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
